Another decking project in the works. This 1800’s house has had issues with the original deck boards rotting out. Several repairs have been made over the years but we think its time to replace all the decking at this point to keep it all uniform and safe. At first glance the structure below looks good from what we can see but we will re-evaluate once the decking is removed..
