I have a 12 x25 deck refresh project for a deck that was built 32 years ago. The plan includes replacing the old deck boards with Trex composite material and also updating the railing with maintenance free rails and spindles. I’m looking forward to this new project and I feel confident that the results will not only impress the owner but the deck will once again be a safe place for the family to enjoy.. More to come!

The customer requested a bedroom space, living room space and a closet. We were limited by the pre-existing furnace room and the stair location. They also wanted to access the furnace room, water meter and fuse panel without entering the new space.. The original shelving also got relocated in the furnace room and the hallway so they still have storage outside of the new space. I took on the challenge and ended up with a very satisfied customer!
